"TWILIGHT TASTING"

A group of 6 or more staying with us have the opportunity to book a “Twilight Tasting” with Constable & Hershon Wines, an award winning boutique winery that has been producing outstanding Hunter Valley wines since 1982.
A representative from C&H will visit you at Dinjalla Cottage and take you through some of the wines produced from this vineyard, giving you a private viewing into the Hunter wine industry.
You will find that this is both an educational and entertaining look at both wines and the Hunter Valley.
Twilight Tasting is available for groups of 6 or more, Saturdays at 5.30pm during November, December and January. Contact Dinjalla for bookings.

Activities

The 4th annual music & art festival to be held in the beautiful Wollombi Valley. The Gum Ball is an independent music and art festival that's been happening up the valley for a few years. In a nut shell it showcases some of the best blues, rock and roots music from all around Australia and the world, mixed together with a stack of art, theatre, sport and camping.

Hunter Valley Cycling can take you on a leisurely discovery tour of the Valley and beyond.
The mountain bikes can be hired $25 per half day and $30 for a full day.
Tandems are $40  half day and $50  full day.
(helmets are supplied of course).
If you wish the bikes can be delivered to Dinjalla so you and your guests can explore the Congewai Valley and Watagan Ranges. This incurs an additional fee of $10- per bike for delivery.
