at time of booking - Electronic Funds Transfer is preferred. Payments via Mastercard and Visa are accepted and attract a 2.5% surcharge.
Prices include GST and are valid for bookings until 30 June 2010.
A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the agreed tariff is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit is your agreement that you have read and agreed to the terms below.
A security bond of $300- is payable at the same time as the deposit amount. Where the amount of guests exceeds 8 a bond of $500- may be requested. The bond is easiest secured by credit card. If you secure the bond with a cheque or direct deposit, that amount will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the conditions below being met. The bond is designed to prevent any damage to the property. It is there also to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
The balance of the agreed tariff is payable a minimum of 5 business days prior to arrival.
Cancellation if caused by the client: money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $200 cancellation administration fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings at anytime due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of localised flooding or other acts of god, the full amount of the tariff will be refunded except for $100- to cover administration fees.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.
We appreciate most guests will respect our property but to prevent problems we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Penalty fees of $200 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this agreement will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their
stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Standard check-out time is 10:30am, to allow time to prepare Dinjalla for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of access to the property and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed. To protect our wildlife pets are not allowed. Any breach of this condition will result in automatic loss of bond and recovery of any costs for damage incurred.
Loss - The owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
For the benefit of future guests the accommodation is NON SMOKING.
Standard check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 10.30am. These times are flexible provided there are no clashes with out-going or in-coming guests.
